Nice to meet you! You know Mudika Studio began long before it had a name.

Sonal always wanted to do something creative with her life, which is what first led her into design. For 12 years, She worked as a digital product designer, creating apps, websites and digital experiences, And she enjoyed it and was good at it. She still do, but somewhere in the background, she still carried a quieter dream to have her own little art studio, painting whatever she likes, surrounded by nature, with open fields outside and flowers around me. Sounds beautiful right!!

That dream is still a work in progress, but painting has brought her closer to it. After moving to London and going through a difficult, uncertain time, she returned to painting, she always do. Art had always helped her cope and slow down many times before, but this time it stayed and became something more.

She started painting flowers seriously with watercolours, and slowly those paintings became cards, prints and paper goods. Eventually, she made the hard decision to stop looking for design job and start fresh as a full-time artist and a business owner.

 

Mudika Studio is her new beginning an art studio creating thoughtful, nature-inspired and pieces painted through her experiences from original hand-painted artwork.
